Showering daily, applying deodorant or washing our hands are part of our daily body hygiene routine; they are actions that we do practically without thinking.   1. Washing your hair every day is excessive<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    It is not necessary to wash your hair daily<\/a>, but this varies depending on the hair you have. If you have oily hair or scalp, you can do it more often than people who have dry or normal hair or scalp.
