Quality politics
The Board of Directors of the Romar Global Care Group (RGC), established by the Company QUIMI ROMAR, SL, the Society AGRADO COSMETICS CARE 3000 SL and SOCIETY XIOMARA PACKAGING SL, maintains a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the Company's Quality Policy that considers the social, economic and environmental context, as well as the interested parties related to our activity (environment, workers, competition, etc.) and generates confidence, both in our Clients and internally, that the Company has the capacity to design and supply compliant products that achieve the satisfaction of said Clients, expanding the Company's markets.
The Board of Directors of the RGC Group, as the person most responsible for the application of the Quality Policy, undertakes to support the implementation and maintenance of said Quality Management System to achieve continuous improvement, and to comply and enforce at all levels of the Company the responsibilities and activities assigned in the QMS documentation.
The company's management, through its President, assumes responsibility for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and undertakes to use all means at its disposal; achieving these objectives requires the participation and commitment of all company staff as well as visiting staff.
The Quality Policy of RGC Group it's based on:
- Design, establish and maintain a Quality System adapted to our activities and nature of personal hygiene products, cleaning products and insecticides and in particular in the cosmetic lines that meet the needs and expectations of customers, with the best possible technology.
- Comply with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that raw material suppliers meet quality, price and service expectations.
- Deliver products at competitive prices and in an appropriate time frame, achieving and maintaining a reputation for quality with good service and price.
- Enjoy an innovative spirit supported by a continuous training plan.

The ultimate goal of the RGC Group is to achieve a prominent position in the market and for our customers to benefit from the improvements obtained from the correct application of the Quality Management System and compliance with GMP. Likewise, the Group is committed to informing its customers as soon as possible of any problem related to the safety or legality of the product, including deviations and non-conformities identified by the competent authorities.
The different physical, chemical and microbiological risks have been considered in the HACCP study, as well as all aspects of product safety. In this way, the RGC Group guarantees the safety and harmlessness of its products placed on the market, providing itself with technical and human resources to ensure the sanitary suitability of its products and the requirements specified by customers and consumers. In this sense, the necessary resources will be available to address any aspect required by regulations and by customers, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company and of its products and services offered. The aim is to improve processes and their management in a sustainable way and respect the environment and the social environment in which the company operates, assuming its environmental, ethical and labour responsibilities in its development.
The RGC Group Management wishes to convey the importance of the proper understanding, implementation and updating of this policy at all levels of the company and undertakes to provide the appropriate resources for its development and implementation, as well as to carry out the corresponding monitoring of its effectiveness.
