Shake to mix both phases. Moisten two cotton wool pads with the make-up remover and apply to closed eyes, working from the inner corner to the outer corner, to remove all traces of make-up, eyeliner and mascara, including waterproof formulas. Then apply to your lips. No rinsing required.
