At Agrado our goal is to leave a more positive footprint on the planet.
We collaborate with the Oceanogràfic Foundation and its Stranding Network program of the Valencian Community.
As a symbolic act for the collaboration of Agrado Sun Care with the Oceanogràfic Foundation and the Stranding Network program of the Valencian Community, on May 23 we returned to the sea a Loggerhead Turtle, native to our coasts recovered and rehabilitated in the Ark of the Sea.
Within our ESG-CSR plan, we collaborate during the summer period with the Oceanogràfic Foundation program which, through the stranding network of the Valencian Community, works, among others, on the recovery of turtles and other marine mammals that arrive injured. , lost or stranded on our coasts to later return them to their natural habitat.
With this program, the Oceanogràfic Foundation aims to raise awareness and generate citizen knowledge in relation to the values of the sea, the beaches, and specifically, the care of the marine species that beach on the Valencian coast.
All of this in collaboration with the Red Cross of the CV and the different centers for the recovery and conservation of native flora and fauna attached to the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, such as the Palmar Fish Farm and the recovery of La Granja del Saler, among others.
You must call 112 and the public body will contact the Oceanogràfic Foundation.
The Foundation will come to assist the animal, to transport it if necessary and to be treated until it is ready to return to its natural habitat in the sea.
