Shake well before use. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure, spraying evenly using short bursts on the skin from a distance of 15 centimetres for about a minute, ensuring complete coverage of all exposed areas. To maintain effective protection, reapply the product regularly, especially after swimming, towel-drying or perspiring. Applying too little product will significantly reduce the level of protection.
