5 ideas to take care of yourself at home

1- Luxury breakfast

If you normally guzzle a coffee and fly away, stop! Take it easy. Now you can have breakfast without rushing, enjoying every sip, every bite. Give yourself a treat to start the day, innovate with different breakfasts that will help you wake up motivated. This does not mean abusing ultra-processed foods, there are delicious breakfasts and realfooders. We give you some ideas:

We recommend that you prepare it with your usual liking mask (two tablespoons), honey (one tablespoon) and coconut oil (two tablespoons). Mix the ingredients until they are integrated and apply to strands from the middle to the ends, grouping them into a bun. Then cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Then wash it with your regular shampoo and you will see what a difference. Repeat it once a week and show off your hair this summer!

4- Prepare your skin for summer

It seems that when the quarantine ends, we are going to come face to face with summer, and it is going to catch some of us by surprise! Well, nothing of that. Start preparing your skin to wear sandals and dresses.

The first step is exfoliation, a super important step to eliminate dead cells and regenerate the skin. You can prepare a homemade mixture to make it very natural, for example with sugar (oatmeal or coffee would also work), with the juice of half a lemon and two tablespoons of olive oil. Remember to repeat the process once a week.
