Having shiny and visibly nourished hair is one of the beauty desires of many women and men! But how to take care of your hair to achieve this result?
The fall season is a crucial time to start a routine to repair your hair and keep it looking shiny. The effects of summer as a result of salt air, chlorine from swimming pools and wearing your hair up when it is still wet, cause your hair to weaken.
During the autumn months the body regenerates in preparation for winter and it is normal to see hair falling more intensely than at other times of the year, so don't be alarmed if you see more hair on your brush after showering.
At Agrado Cosmetic we have two lines of hair products perfect for this time of year: Colortherapy line designed to protect dyed or highlighted hair and the Keratin line to combat frizz and nourish hair.
Whether you choose the Colortherapy line or the Keratin line, take note of these tips that we give you, from our experts, to know how to take care of your hair after the summer.
How to take care of your hair after summer?
1. Choose quality hair products.
In order to have healthy, shiny and strong hair, it is important to know how to choose what products you need. When choosing which line of hair products is the right one to take care of your hair, always take quality and price into account! It is not necessary to spend a lot of money to use quality products.
At Agrado Cosmetic we have more than 50 years of experience manufacturing and distributing high quality products in hygiene, perfumery and cosmetics. You can find our products in more than 70 countries around the world at very affordable prices for all budgets,
So if you haven't tried the Keratin or Colortherapy line yet, maybe this fall is the time. You already tell us about the experience!
2. Do not rub the scalp too hard.
Accumulated sweat, pollution, and remains of hair products such as hair sprays or hair sprays are enemies of healthy, shiny, and strong hair. When you wash your hair, it is necessary to take care of the scalp, since over time dirt accumulates that must be removed to avoid infections. But don't make it too loud! The goal is to clean the scalp to have healthier hair, not irritate it.
Gently massage the area with the professional Keratin shampoo from Agrado Cosmetic and you will notice from the first wash how your hair is clean, loose and hydrated.
3. Brush your hair before going to sleep
Due to our lifestyle, our hair also suffers and is affected by stress, fatigue, poor diet and weather changes. and many times we do not give hair brushing the importance it really has, because did you know that when you brush your hair you activate the circulation of the scalp and protect the hair fiber?
It is advisable to brush your hair daily at least twice a day, in the morning and at night. If you can do it before the shower, even better. This brushing will help you remove dead skin and facilitate the absorption of nutrients.
Brushing should be done from the nape of the neck to the forehead and then access the sides. It is recommended that the brush have bristles with rounded tips to ensure the scalp is massaged without irritating or damaging it. It is also a good idea to clean the brush every week with soap and water.
If you follow these steps, you're going to have a blast!
4. Avoid excessively high heat sources
The high temperatures that a dryer or curling iron can reach are incompatible with having vigorous and shiny hair. We recommend that you wash your hair with cold or warm water whenever you can and that you use Liquid Keratin spray to give it protection and strength.
Do not abuse the dryer and the iron, as much as possible!
5. Eat a balanced diet
As everything in life. Eating a healthy and balanced diet is the beginning and the necessary constant to have healthy, shiny and well-groomed hair.
What foods does your hair need?
- Foods rich in Vitamin A such as eggs, vegetables, liver, and olive and sunflower oils.
- Foods rich in Vitamin B such as fish, beef, pork and chicken, legumes and nuts.
- Foods rich in Vitamin C such as orange, kiwi, grapefruit, but also spinach and broccoli.
- Don't forget the iron provided by red meat or legumes and the folic acid from cereals.
Whatever diet you follow, always try to provide your hair with all the necessary nutrients and vitamins.
We are convinced that if you follow these steps you will learn to take care of your hair not only after the summer...but all year round!
